Holmer Park Spa and Health Club Review
Holmer Park Spa and Health Club is open for business. InSITE reporter Sean Wyer tested it out.
Situated in Cleeve Orchard, Holmer, a serene location, yet in close proximity to Hereford, Holmer Park is perfect to escape from routine to relax in the spa and swimming bath, keep in shape in the gymnasium, or enjoy a bit of self-indulgence in the Olive Garden Café bar, with breakfast, lunch and dinner served throughout the morning, day and evening from the ‘organic kitchen garden’.
The gymnasium is well equipped, with an impressive range of equipment, and the spa provides a tranquil atmosphere, where one can make use of it’s deck level swimming pool, sauna, and steam rooms, among a range of other facilities.
Alternatively, there is always the option to chill out with one of the wide range of fine beverages, and perhaps a slice of cake or patisserie.
In addition, Holmer Park members can benefit from a number of fitness sessions, as well as partaking in a spot of jogging on the outdoor track, or a tennis match in the proposed grass tennis court.
What makes Holmer Park better than other spas or health clubs it the calming atmosphere throughout, created by tasteful décor and layout, as well as cleanliness.
Prices are a bit on the high side, but this is to be expected from what is possibly Hereford’s best spa and health club. I find Holmer Park a great way to relax and refresh oneself, so a visit is highly recommended.
